Leader Development Projects

Strong leaders drive strong outcomes. In this section, you’ll find examples of programs I’ve built to develop leaders at all levels—from first-time managers to leaders of leaders. My approach blends practical skill-building with self-awareness, helping leaders not just understand concepts, but apply them in real-time. This includes initiatives like large-scale strengths-based development programs that improved engagement and strengthened leadership capability across the organization.

My Role

  • Led a team of senior instructional designers at Walmart to build the first formal leadership development program for call center managers and team leaders.

  • Expanded the program to include a Gallup CliftonStrengths–based workshop for senior leaders.

  • Served in a hybrid leadership role, flexing across stakeholder advocacy, team coaching, content review and design, project management, execution, and overall program ownership

The Work

  • 3-Tier Leadership Essentials program spanning the first 4 months of a leader's time in the role.

  • Functional Leadership Training program for third-party BPOs to utilize for leader tools.

  • Created a culture of strength with CliftonStrengths-based workshops for senior leaders to better understand their strengths and those of their team.

  • Managed ongoing execution of all programs, scheduled design maintenance, and ROI impact stories.

The Impact

  • Leadership Essentials programs, using a 70/20/10 model, resulted in a 74% boost in team trust.

  • Within 30 days of training leaders, one offshore site saw agent performance gains, including 38 fewer refused contacts on average.

  • Survey feedback reflected stronger leader confidence in influencing behavior and holding effective performance conversations.

  • Drove a 33% increase in leader engagement after launching Gallup CliftonStrengths across 500+ managers.
