Strong leaders drive strong outcomes. In this section, you’ll find examples of programs I’ve built to develop leaders at all levels—from first-time managers to leaders of leaders. My approach blends practical skill-building with self-awareness, helping leaders not just understand concepts, but apply them in real-time. This includes initiatives like large-scale strengths-based development programs that improved engagement and strengthened leadership capability across the organization.

Led a team of senior instructional designers at Walmart to build the first formal leadership development program for call center managers and team leaders.
